Listing Conditions

Thank you for seeking to list a sports related employment opportunity, sports related sale of business or sports related event with Sportjobs. These Listing Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Sportjobs User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Employer" means the person or entity that lists an employment opportunity.
"Featured Listing" means a sports related employment opportunity, sports related sale of business or sports related event that will be placed on the [describe Featured concept] part of the Website.
"Host" means the person or entity that lists a sports related event.
"Listing Fee/s" means the fees payable under clause 2.2.
"Sportjobs" means Sportjobs Pty Ltd (ACN 116 360 224).
"Standard Listing" means a sports related employment opportunity, sports related sale of business or sports related event that will be placed on the [describe Standard concept] part of the Website.
"Vendor" means the person or entity that lists a business for sale.
"Website" means www.sportjobs.com.au.

2. LISTING FEES

2.1 A Standard Listing is free.

2.2 From [insert date] the following fees will apply for a Featured Listing:

2.3 The Listing Fees must be paid at the time the Featured Listing is placed and for each and every time the Featured Listing is re-listed in accordance with clause 2.2.

2.4 Listing Fees are not refundable where an employment opportunity is not filled or the business is not sold.

2.5 The Listing Fee entitles the Employer to a [4] week listing (10 DAY PERIOD), unless the Employer advises Sportjobs during the four week period that the position has been filled and/or is no longer available, in which case Sportjobs will withdraw the listing as soon as practicable but will not refund any part of the Listing Fee.

2.6 The Listing Fee entitles the Vendor to a [4] week listing (10 DAY PERIOD), unless the Vendor advises Sportjobs during the four week period that the position has been filled and/or is no longer available, in which case Sportjobs will withdraw the listing as soon as possible but will not refund any part of the Listing Fee.

2.7 The Listing Fee entitles the Host to a [4] week listing (10 DAY PERIOD), unless the Host advises Sportjobs during the four week period that the event has been cancelled, in which case Sportjobs will withdraw the listing as soon as possible but will not refund any part of the Listing Fee.

2.8 The currency of transaction is Australian dollars only. All prices are in Australian dollars.

2.9 SportJobs will attempt to place listings on site within 3 working days of payment being received.

2.10 SportJobs offers no refunds once payment has been made.

2.11 All payments made using our credit card facilities support Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL) from a browser to a level of at least 128 bits

3. PROCEDURE

3.1 A Featured Listing will be withdrawn [4] weeks (10 DAY PERIOD), after the date it is placed. THEN REVERT TO STANDARD LISTING FOR REMAINDER OF 30 DAYS

3.2 If the Employer, Vendor or Host desires to re-list a Featured Listing, it must notify Sportjobs in writing [or via the "re-list" option] prior to the expiration of the four week period, failing which the Employer, Vendor or Host will need to submit a new Featured Listing.

3.3 The Employer, Vendor or Host must pay the Listing Fee when it re-lists a Featured Listing.

3.4 The Employer, Vendor or Host must not list a Featured Listing or Standard Listing that is not a sports related employment opportunity, sports related sale of business or sports related event.

3.5 Sportjobs reserves the right to refuse a Featured Listing or Standard Listing or, if a listing has already been placed, cancel the listing and, in the case of a Featured Listing, refund the fee paid by the Seller, if Sportjobs considers in its absolute discretion that the listing is not appropriate for the site or is in breach of these terms or the User Agreement or Privacy Policy.
